HOW WE SHIP

Mōs Health ships to US addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

FREE SHIPPING
— Foundation Bundle (subscription): always free
— All other orders: free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts)

STANDARD SHIPPING
Orders under $100: $6.99 flat rate
Carrier: Standard ground carrier via our fulfillment partner (Salt Lake City, UT))
Estimated transit: 3–5 business days after dispatch

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders are dispatched on your billing cycle date. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date via your account portal.

NO P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

DELAYS
If your order is delayed for any reason we will notify you and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
